Meshy.AI Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Meshy’s generative AI features. The goal of this AUP is to promote the accessibility and safety of Meshy services by ensuring they are used in a legal and ethical manner.
When using Meshy, the following rules apply:
1. Be safe and respectful to other users.
Do not use Meshy to attempt to create, upload, or share abusive, or illegal material, or content that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pornographic material
- Hateful or highly offensive content that demeans a group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disease or disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
- Depictions of violence against identifiable individuals
- Illegal activities or goods
- Self-harm or the promotion of self-harm
- Depictions of nude minors or minors in a sexual manner
- Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism
- Dissemination of misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content that could lead to real-world harm
- Private information of other individuals or organizations
2. Represent yourself honestly.
We may disable accounts that engage in behavior that is deceptive or harmful, including:
- Using fake, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile
- Impersonating other people or entities
- Using unauthorized automated or scripting processes (such as bulk or automated uploading of content through a script)
- Using schemes or third-party services to boost account engagement (artificially increasing the number of likes, views, or other metrics
3. Respect third-party rights, trademarks, and intellectual property.
Using Meshy services to create, upload, or share content that violates third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights is prohibited. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Entering text prompts designed to generate copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise infringing content
- Uploading an input or reference image that includes a third party’s copyrighted content
- Using a third party’s personal information in violation of their privacy or data protection rights
4. Respect Meshy’s rights and intellectual property.
Using Meshy’s services to develop any technology or product that is competitive with Meshy or otherwise commercially exploits Meshy is prohibited.
5. We may take action.
We may take action on your Meshy account if we discover content or behavior that violates this AUP. For more information about what you can and can’t do while using Meshy services, please refer to the Meshy Terms of Service.
